Beer style: INDIAN PALE ALE or IPA. Strong beer of high fermentation, high degree and bitterness. It is a version of the English Pale Ale, exported to India in the colonial period.
Tasting notes: sweet Aromas of tropical fruits, from hops of the new world. High bitterness compensated by the sweet flavors of the malt and its high alcoholic degree.

- Malts: pilsen, pale ale, of wheat, caramalt and malt biscuit.
- Hops: nugget, target, summit, cascade and celeia.
