    Serving temperature between 8º and 12ºC.

  • Malts
    Pale ale, chocolat, crystal, caraaroma and smoked malt.

    The malt is obtained from the process of “malting” a cereal, thanks to which it releases sugar, essential element for fermentation.

  • Hop
    Challenger, northern brewer and ek goldings.

    Flowers hop lupulin is extracted, it is responsible, among other things, to give the bitter taste and characteristic aroma of beer.

Montseny Castanya

Imperial Brown Ale

(Alc. 7’8% vol., Grau Plat 19’0, 26 IBU’s)  

Estil cerveser: IMPERIAL BROWN ALE. Cervesa d’alta fermentació elaborada amb un 75% de malta d’ordi i un 25% de castanya del “Pujol de Muntanya” de Viladrau.

Nota de tast: D’aparença elegant, d’un color ambre opac que esdevé brillant a contrallum, amb una corona de crema densa i persistent. Aroma on apareix la castanya, sota un fons de fum i maltes torrades. En boca hi guanya la dolçor i la calidesa de l’alcohol, amb el matís de la castanya. Temperatura de consum entre 8º i 12ºC.

Ingredients de la recepta:

  • Aigua del Montseny.
  • Castanya de Viladrau.
  • Maltes: pale ale, chocolat, crystal, caraaroma i malta fumada.
  • Llúpols: challenger, northern brewer i ek goldings.
  • Llevat.
