Beer made in collaboration with Bryggerhuset (Norway)
(Alc. 9’5% vol., Grau Plat 25, 78 IBU’s)
Beer style: Barley Wine. Typically English liquors of high alcoholic strength that work the most maltose profiles of beers. As its name suggests, they are usually beers to taste and take it easy as we would do with a good wine. Its American variant also incorporates a great presence of hops in both taste and bitterness.
Tasting notes: Dark brown beer with reddish reflections. Olfactively encompasses a wide range of toasted, caramel and toffee components. In the mouth is an alcoholic beer with a full body and soft texture. Surprise the combination of more maltose notes with resinous spikes from hops.
Ingredients of the recipe:
- Barley malt and oat flakes.
- Hops: Cascade and Mosaic
