Tasting notes: Intense golden colour and high silkiness conferred by the selected malts and hops, all of them American and with an aromatic profile that reminds us of different types of citrus, tropical fruits, pine resin and blueberries.
Manufacturing Process: The innovative technique of Double Dry Hopping (DDH) has been used here, which consists in macerating the hops with the beer twice, the first time during the fermentation process and the second time just at the end of the fermentation. This use of hops allows us to create beers with a larger and more diverse aromatic range.
