    Serving temperature between 4º and 6ºC.

  • Malts
    Pilsen wheat and caramalt.

    The malt is obtained from the process of “malting” a cereal, thanks to which it releases sugar, essential element for fermentation.

  • Hop
    Perle, fuggles, celeia and saaz.

    Flowers hop lupulin is extracted, it is responsible, among other things, to give the bitter taste and characteristic aroma of beer.

Montseny Blat

Weizen Ale

(Alc. 4’0%, Grau Plat 9’6, 19 IBU’s)

Beer style: WEIZEN ALE. Light top-fermented artisan beer. Very refreshing due to the wheat, and flavoured with orange peel and Saaz hops. It has a cloudy appearance and recreates the style of the German Weizen (or Weiss) beers.

Tasting notes: Combines the freshness of the wheat with fresh citrus aroma of orange and floral aroma of Saaz hops. All of this, together with its low alcohol content, make it an ideal summer beer. Serving temperature Between 4 and 10 º C.

  • Montseny water
  • Malts: Pilsen, Wheat and Caramel.
  • Hops: Nugget and Saaz.
  • Flavoured with orange peel.
  • Yeast.
