Beer style: CHESTNUT ALE. High fermentation beer made with 75% barley malt and 25% chestnut from the “Pujol de Muntanya” of Viladrau.
Tasting note: Elegant appearance, bright opaque amber against the light, with a dense and persistent cream crown. Chestnut in the aroma, under a background of smoke and roasted malts. In the mouth, the sweetness and warmth of the alcohol wins, with the nuance of chestnut. Consumption temperature between 8o and 12oC.

- Water.
- Chestnut from Viladrau.
- Malts: pale ale, chocolate-lat, crystal, caraaroma and smoked malt.
- Hops: challenger, northern brewer and east kent goldings.
- Yeast.
