    Serving temperature between 5 and 8ºC. At low temperature we have the flavour and bitterness of hops clearly defined to freshen our palates as in a Lager style beer.

    Pale ale, biscuit, carapils i carahell.

    The malt is obtained from the process of “malting” a cereal, thanks to which it releases sugar, essential element for fermentation.

    From the flowers of the hop lupulin is extracted, it is responsible, among other things, to give the bitter taste and characteristic aroma of beer

Session IPA

(Alc. 3.6% vol., Grau Plat 9, 53 IBU’s)

Beer style: SESSION IPA. Fall in love with the freshness of hops and enjoy a light beer. Mosaic and Citra hops.

Tasting note: Version of American IPAs with only 3’6 degrees of alcohol. The result is a refreshing, light, floral and citrus beer. Designed for the summer season, with all the character of Mosaico and Citra hops. Consumption temperature between 5º and 8ºC.

Recipe ingredients:

  • Water.
  • Malts: pale ale, biscuit, carapils and carahell.
  • Hops: chinook, mosaic and citra.
  • Yeast.
