It may contain sediments from the natural fermentation itself.
Tasting notes: To the taste this product combines the bitter sweetness of roasted malt with notes of star anise, resulting in a warm and comforting beer to liven up gatherings with friends. To drink by itself or to accompany sweet desserts. Serving temperature between 10 º and 15 º C, although it can be tasted colder, reducing the characteristic Ale textures and flavours.
- Malts: Pale Ale, Amber, Chocolate, Coffee Crystal and Caramel.
- Hops: Challenger, East Kent Goldings, Northern Brewer and Styrian Goldings.
- Cereals: roasted barley.
- Spices: Star Anise.
