    Flowers hop lupulin is extracted, it is responsible, among other things, to give the bitter taste and characteristic aroma of beer.

Beer style: CHRISTMAS ALE – Spiced and toasted winter ale. Speciality of the season.

Tasting notes: To the taste this product combines the bitter sweetness of roasted malt with notes of star anise, resulting in a warm and comforting beer to liven up gatherings with friends. To drink by itself or to accompany sweet desserts. Serving temperature between 10 º and 15 º C, although it can be tasted colder, reducing the characteristic Ale textures and flavours.

Ingredients:

  • Water.
  • Malts: Pale Ale, Amber, Chocolate, Coffee Crystal and Caramel.
  • Hops: Challenger, East Kent Goldings, Northern Brewer and Styrian Goldings.
  • Cereals: roasted barley.
  • Yeast.
  • Spices: Star Anise.
