    Pale ale, crystal i cafè.

    The malt is obtained from the process of “malting” a cereal, thanks to which it releases sugar, essential element for fermentation.

  • Hop
    Challenger, east kent goldings i fuggles.

    Flowers hop lupulin is extracted, it is responsible, among other things, to give the bitter taste and characteristic aroma of beer.

(Alc. 5’1% vol., Grau Plat 12, 24 IBU’s)

Beer style: Pale Ale – traditional English style top-fermented beer.

Tasting notes: With great body and roasted colour, for the enjoyment of a more intense flavour. Serving temperature Between 8 and 15 º C, though the optimal tasting is obtained over 9 º C, when real ale textures and flavours emerge.

  • Malts: Pale, Crystal, Wheat and Coffee.
  • Hops: Challenger, East Kent Goldings and Fuggles.
  • Yeast
